Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ARMA Connect Dashboard (“the Dashboard”). By logging in and using the Dashboard, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About the Dashboard

The Dashboard is provided by ARMA Connect to allow clients secure access to compliance documentation, site information, and related services. Access is restricted to authorised users only.

2. User accounts

  • User accounts are created by ARMA Connect administrators through an invitation process. You will receive a registration link to complete your account setup.
  • You are responsible for completing your registration, choosing a secure password, and keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Accounts are linked to your client organisation and may only be used by the individual invited.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.
  • ARMA Connect reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts where misuse is identified.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Dashboard only:

  • To access compliance reports, certificates, and site data relevant to your organisation.
  • For internal business purposes only.
  • In a lawful manner that does not impair the security or functionality of the Dashboard.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute Dashboard content except as required for compliance management.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.

4. Data and documentation

Compliance documents and site data provided in the Dashboard are drawn from ARMA Connect systems and may also include information from approved third-party integrations.

5. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep the Dashboard available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Support requests should be sent to info@arma-connect.com.

6. Privacy, cookies, and sessions

Use of the Dashboard is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, session cookies, and session expiry (72 hours inactivity or 30 days maximum). User sessions are secured through industry-standard authentication systems.
